The second State Significant Development Application (SSDA2) has been lodged with the Department of Planning and Environment and is on public exhibition until Wednesday 25 October, 2023.
Public exhibition period provides opportunities for consumers, community members and other interested stakeholders to learn more about the redevelopment proposal and make submissions.
Feedback received during the public exhibition phase will be responded to by the Ryde Hospital Redevelopment team and considered when finalising the plan.
The SSDA2 seeks approval for:
Main demolition works
Main construction works
Detailed design of the redevelopment, including the façade detailing, public spaces and site access
Additional car parking
